The SADC humanitarian mission to Madagascar, led by the Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa, Mr Marius Fransman, reached out to intended recipients in areas negatively affected by the recent cyclone and tropical storms in Madagascar.
