MINISTER MASUTHA IN OSLO IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WORLD CONGRESS AGAINST DEATH PENALTY
Justice Minister Masutha (Adv) and Ambassador Zondo in the SA Embassy Oslo Board Room 21 June 2016.

Minister Masutha and Deputy Director Mokushane at the Oslo Mission before attending the 6th World Congress Against the Death Penalty which is taking place at the Oslo Opera House 21-23 June 2016. 1300 participants from over 80 countries part take, including 20 ministers, 200 diplomats, parliamentarians, academics, lawyers and members of the civil society.

 
SUCCESSFUL AFRICA DAY CELEBRATIONS IN THE NORWEGIAN CAPITAL
The Oslo Mission co-hosted the Africa Day celebrations together with its African
counterparts at the Center for African Culture in central Oslo. The sunny afternoon was filled with speeches, musical entertainment and stands where the
different African embassies displayed some of their mantelpieces, promotional material and culinary treats. Attendees included Ambassadors from the African embassies in Oslo, State Secretary Tone Skogen (Conservatives) members of the diplomatic corps, business contacts as well as friends of Africa.
